All items are made by hand and are original works
of art. They are individuals, and like individuals,
they differ from one another in subtle ways. That
said, if you receive your new item and are not completely
satisfied, please send it back to Creature Co-op
for an exchange or refund. Please provide us a reason
for the return. Creature Co-op can not be held responsible
for the hurt feelings of the creature/accessory
you are returning, nor can we refund any shipping
costs incurred.

Creature Co-op accepts credit card payments online
through Pay Pal. Items in stock will ship immediately upon
receipt of payment Shipments are made via Priority Mail through the wonderful US Postal Service and usually
take 2-3 business days for delivery. Please let us know if you would like to have your order shipped Express Mail for an additional fee.
Yes! The creatures love to travel abroad! So far they've been to England, France, Mexico, Canada, Italy, Singapore, Australia, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, and Scotland! International shipping takes 7-10 business days and
probably require additional shipping fees. Please email Rachel with specific inquiries to your area of the world.
